GENERAL ADMISSION

 

DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT/RESERVATION TO JUMP?

No reservation or appointment is required. Reservations are required for Birthday Parties, Private Parties, Dream-tastic Parties, Field Trips, Fundraisers, and all Special Group Events.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm to 10pm; Saturday 10pm-12am & Sunday 11am to 10pm 

*Check Google, Facebook, and Instagram for Holiday Hours and Closures*

DO YOU HAVE ADDITONAL PARKING AREAS AVAILABLE?

We have limited parking spaces in our front parking lot and additional parking BEHIND our park which is available Monday – Friday after 5pm and Saturday & Sunday ALL DAY.

HOW MUCH IS GENERAL ADMISSION?

A 1 Hour Jump Pass is $15 and a 2 Hour Jump Pass is $18.

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL RATES?

YES, we have special rates and they are:

  • The Toddler Jump Pass= $12 per hour, any day and any time.

  • Special Needs Jump Pass= $12 per hour, any day and any time.

  • An aide/parent/caregiver jumps for FREE with them.

  • First Responders Jump Pass= 20% OFF on jump time only, any day and any time.

  • Military Personnel Jump Pass= 20% OFF on jump time only, any day and any time.

  • FIT-TASTIC Jump Pass= $10 per hour on schedule days & times.

 

WHAT IS THE SPECIAL NEEDS RATE?

Special Needs Jump Pass is $12/hour any time and an aide/parent/caregiver can jump with them for FREE. Trampoline grip socks are still required for both jumpers at $3/pair which you can keep & reuse. 

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY FAMILY RATES OR DISCOUNTS?

Your best option is to purchase a Family Pass or Toddler Pass, which are both 10 hour cards that can be split up between immediate family members and never expire! Please see "Jump Passes" for more information and pricing.

 

WHAT IS MOBILE CHECK-IN?

If you have purchased your jump passes online, you can use our express cashier lane marked "Mobile Check-in" to skip the line!

 

DO YOU HAVE A WEIGHT RESTRICTION?

No, the trampolines do not have a weight restriction. However, we do recommend that guests over 350 lbs. refrain from jumping, as the excessive cardio may cause serious health complications such as cardiac arrest. Guest safety is our primary concern, so please check with your health care provider before jumping.

IS THERE A PLACE TO PUT MY STUFF?

Yes, we have storage cubbies around the facility.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend gym attire and clothing that does not restrict your range of movement. Wear comfortable clothing that you are willing to get sweaty in, as jumping can be quite the workout!

ARE WE ALLOWED TO RECORD USING OUR DEVICES IN THE FACILITY?

Yes, this is permitted and is covered under the waiver. However, we recommend that you leave all phones and devices in your cubby and use them on the carpeted areas only.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY TIME IS DONE?

The color of your wristband indicates to our Court Crew when your jump time is over and they will let guests know when it's time to exit the courts.

 

PARTIES

All parties include 2 and a half hours of total party time, which includes 2 hours of jump time and half an hour for cake/presents.

DO YOU HAVE A FRIDGE/FREEZER FOR AN ICE CREAM CAKE/CUPCAKES?

Yes we do! Please let your Party Host know that you brought a special frozen dessert and they will store it properly for you.

 

ARE SOCKS INCLUDED?

Yes, trampoline grip socks are included in the party packages

 

DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?

No, we do not store any credit card information given over the phone for a party deposit. You may pay your remaining party balance with the same or different form of payment at the end of your party.

DO YOU HAVE PLATES, CUTLERY ETC... FOR CAKE?

Yes, we take care of all the plates, cutlery, napkins and cups for your party as needed for all foods. We provide lighters & cake cutters for your cake service. Please bring your own candles.

 

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD IN?

YES, we offer for a $50 Outside Food “ONLY” Fee for you to bring any food you want, but NO drinks. All water, soda, juices must be bought from us.

Also, we offer for a $50 Outside Beer & Wine “ONLY” Fee for you to bring beer, wine, wine coolers, hard seltzer, Prosecco, champagne, sangria into our facility. NO hard liquor is allowed.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?

Yes, we proudly serve a range of gluten-free pizzas using premium gluten-free crust at an extra $5 per pizza.

CAN I BRING IN CAKE/CUPCAKES?

Yes, only if you booked one of our party packages, you are permitted to bring in a special birthday dessert, whether it's cake, cupcakes, donuts or other special treats!

WHAT IF I HAVE A GUEST WITH A FOOD ALLERGY?

If we cannot accommodate the food allergy, special permission must be granted by a manager to bring in outside food ONLY for the guest with allergies.

DO YOU HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit for our 3 party packages. Private parties, DREAM-TASTIC parties, and Group events must pay a 50% deposit. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you cancel your party or event more than 2 weeks (14 FULL DAYS) before the scheduled date, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, we cannot refund your deposit. However, we are able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year with no additional penalty or we can issue you a Trampoline High gift card for the deposit amount. 

DO YOU HAVE INVITATIONS?

Yes, please look under "Extras" at the top menu bar of our website. Right click and save the document and print as many as you want at home!

 

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 10 CHILDREN SHOW UP FOR MY CHILD’S PARTY?

The additional jumper fee IS $18 which includes jump time, jump socks, & seating but no additional food.  

 

DO YOU HAVE PARTY GOODIE BAGS?

We do not provide party goodie bags, but you are welcome to bring your own in, provided your guests do not consume them in our facility.

(Hint: a helium balloon, our drawstring backpack, & water bottle with sweet treats makes a great last-minute goodie bag!)

 

WHAT DOES THE PARTY HOST DO?

Your Party Host is specially assigned to your party to act as a server, among other responsibilities. Your Party Host will welcome all your guests as they check in, point out the rules for safe jumping, do a special birthday shout-out for the Guest of Honor, serve your pizza and dessert, take care of set-up/clean-up of your party table and present your final bill for payment. They help smooth interactions between you, our staff and our facility, so if you have any questions, comments or concerns about your party experience, please talk to your Party Host!

 

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN DECORATIONS?

We offer some theme decorations you can borrow at NO COST. Also, we offer popular theme back drops rental for $10 and helium balloon bundles based on quantity. If you desire a specific theme or specialty balloons, you are welcome to bring those in, please just let our office admin know when confirming the party.

ARE THERE ANY INSTRUCTORS OR LEADERS IN ACTIVITIES?

No, we offer free-play at our facilities. Although our Court Monitors are stationed at every court and act as lifeguards, their job is to ensure all guests are following the rules and jumping safely. They do not teach or guide guests in trampoline activities, however Court Monitors are always happy to referee a Dodge Ball game for your party!

ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS ON THE PARTIES?

Absolutely not! Guests of all ages are welcome to come party with us. We have hosted parties for all ages from 2 to 40+ (but those aren't the limits!). We can adapt our party packages to suit bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, and team builders.

MY CHILD IS ALLERGIC TO NUTS, IS YOUR FACILITY NUT-FREE?

We are striving toward a nut-free facility; however, we cannot guarantee that our ingredients have not come into contact with nuts at our suppliers' facilities or while being transported.

HOW LONG ARE PARTIES?

The event is a total of 2 hours long. This includes 1 1/2 hours of jump time and an extra 30 minutes at the party area for pizza & dessert.

 

TODDLER RATES / PASS

10-hour card for children ages 4 years and younger. The Toddler Pass can be used any day, any time, with no Toddler Time restrictions and does not expire.

“What is your definition of Toddler?”

Children 4 and younger are classified as Toddlers, so they qualify for the Toddler Rate, and may use the Kiddie Court Area.

“Is there a special rate for Toddlers?”

Yes! Children 4 and younger can jump for just $12 per hour. Our trampoline grip socks are an additional $3/pair. We also offer a 10-hour Toddler Pass for $100, which gets you an even better rate of $10 per hour.

“Are there restrictions on when Toddlers can come jump?”

No, we allow all ages to jump at all times! Our COOL-TASTIC Club Night Lights on Friday and Saturday nights may not be appropriate for children younger than 13, due to the dark and loud environment, but we allow parents to decide what they are comfortable with.

DO I HAVE TO JUMP WITH MY KIDS?

Yes, ONLY if your child is 2 years and younger and they must be accompanied by an adult. A waiver and trampoline socks are still required for both the child & parent to access the trampolines.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY YOUNG TODDLER/INFANT TO PARTICIPATE?

Children 2 years old and younger may jump for FREE with a paying adult. 

IS THERE A CHARGE IF YOU'RE NOT JUMPING?

No, there is no charge for any guests who just want to watch the action from the sidelines. Admission fees are only applicable for guests wanting to jump on trampolines. Jump grip socks and a signed liability waiver are still required.

DO YOU HAVE AN AREA FOR SMALL CHILDREN?

Yes, we have a Kiddie Court reserved for ages 4 and younger. They are not restricted to that area and may access the rest of the facility as well, but the Kiddie Court is a safe place for little ones to bounce away from the bigger kids.

HOW MUCH IS AN ADULT ADMISSION TICKET DURING TODDLER TIME?

Adults who are jumping on the trampolines may do so for the regular admission rate of $15/hour.

 

FIT-TASTIC JUMP CLASS/ PASS

 

WHEN DO YOU OFFER FITNESS CLASSES?

Please see the calendar of events on our home page for upcoming FIT-TASTIC Jump Classes. 

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR CLASSES?

At $10(+tax) per 1 hour class, our fitness classes are a great deal compared to a personal trainer or a yoga class! Plus, fitness participants receive a free bottle of water.

DO YOU HAVE A FIT-TASTIC JUMP PASS?

Yes, for even more savings, purchase a 10 classes FIT-TASTIC Jump Pass for only $80(+tax)

DO I STILL NEED A WAIVER AND TRAMPOLINE SOCKS TO PARTICIPATE IN FITNESS CLASSES?

Yes, all jumpers require a signed waiver and trampoline socks in order to be on the trampolines.

FAMILY PASS

 

WHAT IS THE FAMILY PASS?

The Family Pass is a 10 hour electronic card that can be used at any time and split up any way you'd like between immediate family members (i.e. children and spouses). One jump session per person per hour. It is $120(+tax) and never expires! Please contact your us for assistance if your card is lost or stolen.

WHAT IS THE TODDLER PASS?

The Toddler Pass is a 10 hour electronic card that can be used by children 4 and younger and can be used at any time (not restricted to Toddler Time hours!). One "punch" per toddler per hour. This pass is $100 (+tax) and never expires! Please contact us for assistance if your card is lost or stolen.

WHAT IS THE FIT-TASTIC JUMP PASS?

The FIT-TASTIC Pass is a 10 hour electronic card that can be used for 10 fitness classes. One session per person per class. This pass is $80(+tax) and never expires! Please contact us for assistance if your card is lost or stolen.

 

COOL-TASTIC CLUB NIGHT PASS 

 

WHAT IS NEON LIGHTS?

Every Saturday night from 10:00pm to midnight, Trampoline High transforms into the coolest trampoline club for all-ages in the city! A live DJ jams the tunes, while we fire up the lasers, turn on our LED & disco night lights, and more! It is $22 per jumper for 2 hours of cosmic fun and trampoline socks are required.

DO YOU EVER DO COOL-TASTIC CLUB NIGHT ON ANY OTHER TIME THAN SATURDAYS AT 10PM TO MIDNIGHT?

No, currently we only offer COOL-TASTIC Club Night on Saturdays at 10pm to midnight. If you book a whole facility for your event, we can do Glow Lights for you at any time!

I WANT TO EXPERIENCE COOL-TASTIC CLUB NIGHT, WHAT DO I DO?

You may complete your waiver ahead of time and purchase your COOL-TASTIC Club Night Pass online at trampolinehigh.com and skip the line! You can also do those things when you arrive at the park. Please come a little before 10:00pm in order to fill out a waiver and get checked in. Jumpers younger than 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR COOL-TASTIC CLUB NIGHT?

Our COOL-TASTIC Club Night events are open to all ages! Although we do recommend that jumpers are at least 13 years old, as it is a dark, loud environment. Our COOL-TASTIC Club Night guests are typically teens to young adults, but everyone is welcome!
